Movie Time — Harassment

Hello, I have booked 2tickets from Book my show on 11th Jan 2015 Taken 3. Got booking in movie time Audi 2 and seat number i chosen d17 and d18, but day i went to watch movie faced trouble after paying 500 rupees to them. I was already 5minutes late as per show timing 4:25pm top of that there staff started argument with me, want me to get print out when i already shown them ticket on my phone. Second issue i faced with them is no information about Audi change, as per ticket Taken 3 was running in Audi 2 but when i entered in that Audi some other movie was running. Then there staff said sir please rush towards Audi 5 due to some changes. When i went to Audi 5 my seats wasn't there some one already taken my seats and he shown me tickets as well. Top of that the time of booking seats assigned to me was d17 and d18 together but in Audi 5 d17 and d18 was in different raw and no one was there to help. I went to watch movie with my wife and we spent 30minutes just to know where to sit and in which Audi movie is running. When i asked there manager why is that happening he replied sir we have informed everyone through sms and on counter we are informing everyone about this change, but i got no information from any one. Now i need Rs.100000 for the harassment i faced. Because my next step going to be Respected CONSUMER COURT. My contact number is [protected]
