[Resolved] M/s. Reliance Communication Limited (Hereinafter Referred To As Reliance Broadband) — Unfair claim for Demand Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues | |||
My reliance broadband was not working in 2013 in the month of Jan onwards for this I have already made a written compliant in a mail Mail already forwarded to Partik Associate ( Recovery Agent). I have all the details of thee same. I cancelled my services and as per the agreement I should not be paying for the service not rendered. I also had visited Mr Shailendra Sharma (Working in Reliance Office) at that time. The compliant was acted and closed in favor of me. Now they send me a outstanding dues via legal notice. I also responded to one Mr Vinayak from Pratik ( email : reliance.[protected]@pratikgroup.co.in) and he said he will investigate, however this seems to be going nowhere. They are fleecing consumers for the shabby services they gave all the while and further I had never used the data from the said connection. Please help me on this issue.
