Sir/ madam, I am working as doctor in pawna hospital. Have to go daily through the toll. There should be provision for me that toll should be exempted. What is profit of paying tax if i am paying daily toll. There must be provision for person like me. And person taking toll also talk rudely. Had to pay toll for local MH14 car. When explained agent I am local from Nigdi. He started arguments with bad behaviour.
Can we know which vehicle are exempter from paying toll.

Today toll tax deducted from fast track payment. Then also they force fully taken cash for toll tax.
This is not fair. I am very upset due to such things.

Toll collection people at Somatane fata are still asking for Toll for MH14 registered vehicles. When I say about the exemption and told about the news 20th Feb-21 that all MH14 vehicles are exempted, they are saying there is no order or notification they have received yet.
I do not understand where to complaint and what is the solution for this daily discussion and argument at Toll Naka.

The very bad behavior of that staff, also I was charged for MH14 car.
