Msrtc — Non receipt of refund for unused bus ticket.

Sir, This is to inform you that, on[protected], I have booked one Asiad Bus ticket No. 19850717 for seat No. 35 & 36 for Shivajinagar To Belgaum bus of 11.00 p.m.from Swargate to Belgaum on[protected]. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, it was not possible for me to perform the journey on that day. Also. the condition of the bus ticket was not so good as it was spoiled and damaged. The cost of the bus ticket was Rs. 940/- only including the reservation charges of Rs. 14/- only. On[protected], I personally went to Swargate depot and met Mr. Sawant, the Depot Manager and explained my problem & shown to him the condition of the bus ticket. But without considering my hearing, request and appeal also he straight away refused the case and denied refund to me. I request you to kindly suggest me the way out for this for getting me the refund of my unused ticket. An early action in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, ( Uday G.
