Msrtc — Ticket booking

I booked ticket on 5th july 2016 at 6 pm for journey from thane cbs to mahad (Dated 6th July 2016 Time 8 am). Amount rs 183.56 got deducted from my account but ticket did not booked.

Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
And work on your stupid application, so that this kind of mistakes would not happen.
