[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unauthorised debits | |||||
I have surrendered my mswipe machine and yet they are debiting my account. I even informed my bank hdfc bank but they too refused to help saying that the mandate is with the establishment (Mswipe) and they cannot take my instructions to stop debiting my account. I have a zero balance account, so i transferred my funds to my other bank account and as a result my bank charged me hefty debit return charges. I am really disappointed and i would not recommend mswipe to any prospective customers. Its a headache you must avoid. I am stuck and waiting for a resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
