Hi,
I had submitted an application to releases my number[protected] from safe custody on 13 January. Even after certain complained through voice answering machine, customer care and personal meeting with the official at Shadipur MTNL sanchar haat and Naraina MTNL office still my landline is lying vagrant and dead.
Now, I have received a bill for two month January and February.
Please help me resolved the issue as when I approach ed them they insist to pay the billed.
