My landline number is[protected]. I have been paying the monthly bills regularly, however I am not getting internet at all. Out of 30 days, internet works only for 24 hours. I am really disappointed with MTNL customer services also. Lineman comes he tells different stories. Server down, wire faulty. But no resolution. I went to Janakpuri office in room no. 102, also. Got wire changed. But problem still exist. You may check my records feom last year on complaints registered.
Please assist and understand the gravity.
