Dear concerned authorities,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a telephone connection 26235816 with broadband of which i raised a request of change of plan to Freedom 800, early this month. After a handful of working days it got updated in records and my bill cycle has been updated too but the services promised by the plan are still not reflected, i.e. i am still getting old speed of 512kbps instead of 2 mbps.
Its been now 2 weeks with a complaint raised : complaint number: 63300011, two personal visits to the mtnl office but still no effect.
Everyday i am trying to call 1504, 197 to get connected to someone who can really help but they simply disconnect the call that ok we will look into it and not even listening to my problem.
This is simply poor customer service and this is not what is expected from such a big organization.
Kindly look into it ASAP.
