MTNL Delhi — Deadline issue

Dear all I am the customer of MTNL Using service from past 2-3 years, Recently i shifted my Home to Deoli village, near sangam vihar on last year june. from then till now onwards i logged lots of complaint related with drop connections. This month i logged 4 complaint for dead line issue. Everytime line man came and fix the broken line. and now there are more then 6-7 joints on my telephone line. please check my issue as i need permanent solution for this.
