MTNL Delhi Dolphin — NON REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR RS.1,000/-

Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken MTNL Dolphin connection having no.-[protected] with their account number[protected] on June, 2005 and I also deposited security money for Rs.1, 000/- for STD facility at MTNL, Nehru place office, New Delhi. and I ported out this number from such operator on December, 2012. I called many times their customer care number regarding refund the security deposit but i could not receive the same yet i.e. 21.02.2015. Please resolve the same at the earliest. Highly oblige you.
