My landline no. is [protected]. I have complained around 7-8 times! that my speed is not as per the plan i am having. they keep on saying that the complaint is already being processed. it will be done tomorrow. my first complaint was on 11 September 2015, now it's been 11 days of my repeated complaints.there call center gave me no. of my regional manager(civil lines) and further the manager's office gave me a no. of Mr.chiranji lal! first he took my complaint and sent a person who came to my house and checked that the internet was not working as per the plan! and that's it! no further action was taken that my issue was resolved! today 21st September, 2015 i again called Mr.chiranji lal his mobile no.([protected]) and when he picked up the call, i said---- bhaiya apke office me bhot complaints kri hai dekh lo kab tak shi ho ga internet, and his reply was! tum padhe likho ho ki nhi?(are you educated or not?) internet use karte ho! padhna likhna to aata hoga! tameez nhi hai ek office me baat kese karte hai? and asked accha apna landline no. bataiye! then i said- bhaiya na karke bolu to kya bolu app hi btayiye? and then he just hung up the phone and when i tried to call him again he just kept on doing the same! i want my internet to be repaired as early as possible! and want some strict action should be taken place on the lazy and manner-less employees of mtnl delhi!
