To, The General Manager, M.T.N.L DELHI SUB:...27391743 Respected sir, This is kindly informed to you that I am the subscriber of M.T.N.L no.27391743 from last several years.That on[protected] I applied for freedom 795 combo plan.That on[protected] I give a application for disconnection of net connection due to bad service ot your net connection.That on[protected] I went to ID GAH M.T.N.L Exchange to surrender Modem, butthe officer of ID GAH M.T.N.L Exchange give advice to come on[protected] for surrender of Modem.That on[protected] I again went to ID GAH M.T.N.L Exchange to surrender Modem.I deposit Modem at store and complete all the formalities of surrender of Modem and also give a application for change in monthly plan(Freedom 495) There after M.T.N.L send a bill for net connection.I can request to you please correct the bill for said period and disconnect the net facilities on my no.27391743 in your record.Otherwise i have no remedy but ti apporach the hon'ble Consumer Forum.
