I have booked a new connection through[protected]Reg. no[protected] on 1 July, 2014.
Same day one Guy came from MTNL and collected the all documents and 500 Rs as registration fee.
I was told that Connection will be done in a week.
But After 1 week, no one came. When I try to connect[protected], some lady picked the phone and didn't response and talked to me very rudely and hung up the phone. I tried to connect to this number daily but she again rudely responded and hung up the phone. This is very pathetic service provided by Customer Care.
I further investigated and went to Yamuna Vihar, Delhi MTNL office. I came to know that my documents were not submitted. I contacted the Guy whom I handover the all documents and 500 Rs (Mob no. - [protected]). He told me that he hand over all the documents and 500/- to another Guy (Mob No. [protected]). I tried to contacted on this number but number was switched off.
I am now totally frustrated with all this pathetic service.
