[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — my internet is too bad

I have got internet prepaid brodband from mtnl for rs 1700with there modem. I had recharged my connection, after 7 days there was some wire falt, and it was revived after 20-25 dys.. Not any internet compcaint go to them. There executive behviour istoo bad. I recharged again, and after a week it was not started, i was keep on going to there off to complaint .but there was no response, at last that official called me and said u have not rechargd ur no. I m seriously frustated with there govt attiaude and left it assitis. Pls can u help me in this regard. My 1700 + 1180 goes in gutter litrally. Can i expect my money back. And there serice is litrally bad
