I booking online MTNL
Broadband Landline phone Document collect by Ram Singh - [protected] -
(No[protected] in October 2013 and phone install in our home in Nov-2013. We
not received any Bill and Booking letter till date.
Problem is for first day
Nov-2013 to till us registers last complaints on[protected]no-1488) on
198
phone not working, broadband net not working. And in Jan-2014 last week
our
phone disconnect. And accoding to Line Man Phone and Internet not
working in our house, two time he visit our house and say samething,
when we ask to him if MTNL Phone & Broadband not working in our
house so why you install it?
We are register complaint on
regular base on 198 and 1504, but no one come to our house to cheek phone or
line, but after 3 or 4 days we received new complaint no from your help desk
198 and 1504. How can you give new complaints no without resolve first complaints?
Few complaints no:[protected]-[protected]-1488--register on
198.
In Jan 2014 Line man tell us
the telephone main line cable in Nanagloi due to road maintained damage in from
Dec-2013 so that via your phone dead so long time.
I received few officers
no-Ajit - [protected], Saini - [protected] (Hari Nagar) so many time I complaints them about
my phone but they always ask it’s be done in next week, but nothing happen. Now
in Jan 2014 last week our phone disconnect due to pending bills, if phone not
working condition from the date of install - regular complaints register - main
cable damage from first month phone dead for two months - how can you
charge bill without service - disconnect phone without any alert.
Pls lock this matter and do
needful about our panding due bills pls currect and provide the new currect bills, waiting your reply.
