[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Phone Dead from 2 months --> Still Bill is being charged

Hi My phone nbr[protected] is not working since Aug'2014. It is 25th Sept today, and no action has been taken yet by MTNL to correct into the issue. Morever they have sent us the telephone bill for these months. As per telecom rules, if your phone is not working and you have registered a complaint, they cannot charge you the bill until phone is in working condition. Please look into the matter, we are facing very much problems as we are senior citizen couple and facing difficulty in following up with MTNL authorities. Thanks Vijay Kapur Delhu
