I am MTNL customer availing landline and broadband services with paying all bill payments on time since 2013, but sorry to say now a days I could not able to use your services due to my phone line dead. I logged many complaints since 03’Nov’14 but could not get any response any of them. Please find the complaintsdetails in past as below. Date Docket no Action Fault 03-Nov-14 578 No action till date Set Dead 07-Nov-14 539 No action till date Set Dead Fed-up o[censored]nattended complaints and dead phone force me to purchase new hand set at my personal expenses. Again I have logged below complaints regarding the line dead but I got no action/response from MTNL.
