MTNL Delhi — WIFI Unstable / Down

Dear Sir, I am using MTNL Landline as well as WIFI System at my Residence, continuing for last 4years. Regarding Internet & WIFI Connection we are facing a lot of problem for last few months, and lodged repeated online complaints. After filing complaints the problem resolved and sustained for only 2-3 days. In my recent case I lodged complaint on 02.09.14, about unstable WIFI, which not yet resolved. You are requested to look into this matter. If not resolved please inform so that disconnection of the line as well as WIFI can be applied to you.
