My telephone number is 29562301. I registered a complaint that my phone line was not clear on the 15th of this month. But till now no action has been taken on that complaint. Now the phone is constantly giving an engaged tone. I tried to submit another complaint through the portal but I get the message, "Your phone is closed". I have tried calling the Hauz Khas office on 2 of their numbers but as usual no body answers the calls. I tried calling the corporate office customer care on Lodhi Road but those numbers too go unanswered. I have the telephone number of the area line man from previous repair instances. So I tired calling him too but no response again. So for the past one week I have tried everything that is possible but with no progress.
How do I get this resolved? Also, should I use the RTI route to fix responsibility of the concerned public servants for this clear deriliction of duty?
