[Resolved]  MTNL — Internet isn't working..

Its almost 2 weeks now I'm unable to use Internet.. Last Friday(13/06/2014) a customer care officer assured me to solve this problem and told me that there officer will visit us and resolve the problem... but none has come to us even after a week.. Although My Account Expiry Date is 1st July 2014, there is no Internet

Updated by Deepak Gangyaan Despite of frequent complaints, this problem hasn't been resolved by MTNL..
I don't what they want. It seems that they are just duping customers..
Are we paying money in charity?
My MTNL no. is 21617144 and my mobile no. is [protected]
