Its almost 2 weeks now I'm unable to use Internet.. Last Friday(13/06/2014) a customer care officer assured me to solve this problem and told me that there officer will visit us and resolve the problem... but none has come to us even after a week.. Although My Account Expiry Date is 1st July 2014, there is no Internet

I don't what they want. It seems that they are just duping customers..
