MTNL — Internet speed and wifi range is very poor

I am Aman stays at Rohini zone sector-1, my telephone no. Is "27517598", and using Internet Facility also with the tariff plan- "TriB-UL-599'. And now not getting the speed of my plan which is as per plan provided by MTNL

Requesting to you to solve my problem as soon as possible by sending the technicians at my home.
