MTNL — Landline and Broadband Not Working

Since last 3-4 months, I have been continuously raising complaints of the fault in connection - no dial tone. However, it is not getting corrected, inspite of bill payments. This annoying that the complaint numbers are resolved without solving the issue. Because of this problem, I am not able to use Broad band. I will be raising it to ombudsman or Consumer court if not solved.
