MTNL Mumbai — Bill paid twice

I paid my bill of which tha last date was 2nd May 2015. The amount of 1043 got deducted from my accoutn twice but still the bill remained unpaid. I paid the bill on 4th May with the fine of 40 rupees included. But i have still not received the refund of the 1043 which got debited twice. I have mailed the company on their email id [protected]@mtnl.net.in twice but havent received a reply yet.
