[Resolved]  MTNL Mumbai — Broad Band speed problem

I have taken Wifi broadband connection from MTNL on my land line number 27565124. having broad band speed problem and I am getting 330kbps download and 410kbps upload speed. please find the the below test result. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected] http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected] I was lunched the complaint online and CBD Belapur Exchange for resolving my issue but there was no response from MTNL side still I am facing issue. There is no resolution provided nor even a visit of technician and the complaint is closed. Please help.
