The number [protected] was in pool, in response to complaint no. 849416 on 04/10/14 it was brought out of pool. I was told to recharge but all recharges failed. Number is still disabled. Customer care failed to help in spite of repeated calls. They put on hold for long and then disconnect abruptly.
