MTNL — Regarding final request to resolve the four month persisting issue of internet service.

Dear Sir, I applied for the internet broadband connection of MTNL in the month of October and subsequently the installation was carried out on the date 28/10/2013 and my number allotted to me is 26941982. Since installation the internet never worked though we complained to your office 18 times during last 4 months. The complaint dates are listed below: Date of Complain: Complain Number 31/10/2013 [protected] 01/11/2013 [protected] 02/11/2013 [protected] 04/11/2013 [protected] 06/11/2013 [protected] 19/11/2013 [protected] 20/11/2013 [protected] 22/11/2013 [protected] 14/12/2013 [protected] 16/12/2013 [protected] 21/12/2013 [protected] 23/12/2013 [protected] 24/12/2013 [protected] 28/12/2013 [protected] 29/12/2013 [protected] 30/12/2013 [protected] 31/12/2013 [protected] 01/01/2014 [protected] For your kind information I have also mark the number of mails on such dates to number of people too. Below are the dates of mail marked. 06/11/2013 19/11/2013 01/01/2014 24/01/2014 15/02/2014 17/02/2014 I have marked the mail from following ids: [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@catenationi.com Now after so many months of harassment, I am being told by MTNL that my number is in DNP status and the problem can only be resolved after I pay the dues. Kindly let me know as to against what services consumed by me, MTNL is asking for the payment of dues (due to non-functioning of the connection neither the internet nor the calling facility was used by me). I request you to please look into this matter as I am not on fault and in fact have been harassed due to the non-functioning of the services. Kindly waive off the dues and get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is my final request I am making to all the concern people of the MTNL department, if the problem is resolved then I will take the help of consumer court to get the problem resolved.
