MTNL — Replacement of wifi modem

This is to bring into notice that a complaint had been registered in MTNL office on 24 June 2014 regarding replacement of our wifi modem.The MTNL officials claimed that a person will be sent to our home for checking of the modem but since then no one has come for the checking, We have called them more than 10 times but every time there is the same reply from the MTNL officials and nothing has been done so far regarding our complaint.I request the MTNL office to look into the matter as far as possible.
