MTNL — Wifi connection | |||
Its been more than a week that my MTNL broadband connection is not working. I lodged a lot of complaints on their complaint number 198 from my MTNL landline. The MTNL employees visited my place only after a week and a half on 10/2/15 and checked the problem. Stated that my Modem has some problem.They replaced my modem with another used modem (2nd hand) and asked me to use the internet with LAN wire till they come back with another modem where wifi can be configured. I was told by MTNL emp loyees- one of whose name is Mr.Padval that they will get the new modem within two days. After which no one is answering my calls since the past 3 days. Today Mr.Padval answered my call and replied to me that he can't do anything about also told me to do anything that I can. He told me to talk to his senior- Mr.R.R Pandey who again did not answer my calls. This gets me to a conclusion that I am paying MTNL bill for broadband services I am unable to use. There is no response whatsoever from MTNL. I am trying to follow up with them all through the day (despite working) yet there is no response from them rather employees like Mr.Padval and Mr.Pandey are not bothered about consumer or their complains .
