Dear Team,
Refer to trailing mail I was told it will be activated in 48hrs. Now 48 hours passed and it is still not activated.I called up customer cares and the say still details are not entered.I visited the local MTS store, they say only my name is entered.I don't understand what's wrong.I didn't get call from any executive yet.
Executive who delivered Now not taking mine calls..
Kindly activate the account as soon as possible.Its causing Lot's of disturbance. The whole work is getting delayed.Kindly check this on high priority.Please Please.. do the needful.
