[Resolved]  Mts — After stopping the services bill gendered for next month

Hi sir my name is Deepak Sharma & my data card number is [protected]. My complaint is, I registered my complaint 2 times just after 2 days purchasing mts datacard due to slow network but they resolved the ticket without rectifying my issue. Then I had a word with their executive & she told me if I'll stop my services before my due date so my next bill will not generate. I done the same thing but my bill generated again. I made calls sent mails to MTS & tried to explain but now they are not listening to my concerns. Can you please help me in this case. Please find the MTS ticket number for reference.
