Sir, I recharged my MTS mblaze modem on 09.11.2013 at around 08.00 hrs. The recharge was not successful as an error message was displayed after debiting my account. But the amount has been debited from my account with the following transaction CCAAK1OWV463IGN7152384 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE Kindly help for refund of the amount.
