We have requested for cancellation of MTS wifi dongle service in January 8th 2015. That time they have told to pay the bill amount of 1496Rs/- we have paid the bill. But after 1month again we received the bill for the January in the month of February and the customer service told not to pay the bill and they will disconnect the service. After 1month again we got the bill for month of February. Now they started asking to pay the bill then only they will disconnect the service.
We have raised the ticket with customer care but of No use.
