Dear Sir,
I was a MTS MBlaze Ultra wi fi user.Due to some reasons i didn't pay the bill and my connection was stopped due to credit outstanding.Then in january i cleared the bill and requested them to deactivate my connection because i have already got a new company connection and my MTS dongle is lost.They assured me for the same. Now i have received another bill.When the company employ checked the details he found i last used the dongle in October 2014, and they send me bill for january month. Is it my fault they didn't deactivate my connection after my request.
