Mts — Bill pay complaint | |||
Hi, My MTS details are ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] MTS NUMBER [protected] On July 12 i have got a call from the MTS india bill service desk requesting to pay the bills. This bill was generated after we payed the last month bill. We have payed the bill with out using the data card. But requested to terminate the service permanently which was not done by MTS india. And repeatedly sending messages and calling us and torching us like anything and on july 12 I requested the customer care to send a mail proof that the connection will be disconnected if we pay the last generated bill 319. The next day i have payed the bill and got a message that we payment was successful and on july 12 we asked the customer care to deactivate the service upon receiving the payment. Plesaae find the employee details of the customer care employee rajeev employee id BI9281. I would like you handle it as early as possible. Now yesterday we got one more message of 1000 rupees bill pasy which is harassing for us. We have contacted the customer care but there is no reply which is frustrating for us.
