We bought new MTS wifi dongle on 16/02/2015. There was an activation issue but MTS customer care didn't support us for that. We got it activated with the help of nearby MTS store.
Even then it didn't work due to non-connectivity. We again called customer care but all was in vain. Finally we requested for cancellation of the said connection. But even after multiple complaints and e-mails, the company is not cancelling the connection and has raised a bill of Rs. 1014 whereas we didn't use it for a single day.
We have been regularly requesting for cancellation since the beginning of the connection.
Please do the needful against the company for harassing the customers.
