Hi, I tried to change my plan from 799 to 599 tariff.
As per the store executive he confirmed that from the date of 799 plan activated (15 days from activation) please inform us so that we can switch the plan.
As per the advise I informed them to switch the plan, but they are informing that the request was cancelled and the same tariff continues till now.
There was't any communication on it and the reason for rejection is "599 plan not available".
If a plan is not available then why do they take request and there was not even single communication on it.
I have't seen such a worst customer care and the worst approach from an executive.
