Mts — change of data plan without my consent and speed issues from last 6months [protected]

i have been facing speed issues from last 6 months but not a single resolution. instaed telling me to disconnect my connection
so i even told them to the disconnection several time but they want me to write mails send an application and blah blah .
but without my consent they keep on changing the data plan. firstly i was having 40gb ul 999 data plan which automatically migrated to 20+20gb and now there's is a limit that they have downgraded to 15+15gb.
while they can downgrade my data plans without consent
then why are they not closing my connection. because for every month due to speed issues i am not able to use even 10% of data and still need to pay full amount. so for last 6 month they getting the money free of cost .
and there customer care and executives are not bother about the customer grievances.
