My MTS mblaze datacard number is [protected]. On MTS website I was checking Postpaid(btw, my connection is already postaid from day one) tariff plan there I saw a plan of 799 giving me 10GB unlimited data after that speed will slow down but the connection is unlimited. I called cutomer care on 30th dec. 2013 to change plan they said that that change of plan is only possible in between 1 to 7 of any month, I then called in 4th jan 2014 they said ok it will be done request no. is 222504.
On 16 internet speed got slow after 4GB o[censored]sage as per their connection software. I called customer care they said that due to technical fault plan was not changed (don't know what excuses they were giving) they said it will be corrected in 24 "working" hours which is actually 3 days, WHEN I called after 3days they are saying that plan is 799 and is activated from 1st of jan.
Firstly it's 21st jan 2014 today I am not going to pay 799 as speed is still 144kbps whch comes after 5GB usage secondly they are lying on my face that it was activated on 1st jan 2014, secondly even 5GB they are not providing properly changing the speed to lower but their own software is telling it's 4GB used.
