This complaint is regarding MTS post paid connection. I already stopped this service in January itself because i was not satisfied with the bill they charge every month. I called to customer care dept and asked them to stop my service. In feb they called me and said i have to pay 1300 Rs because my MTS connection is not stopped yet and it is barred on 4th Feb.
I mailed them twice at customercare.[protected]@MTSIndia.in but I didn't get any satisfactory answer. I am ready to pay 610 rupees because this amount if for December month. But i wont pay extra charges.
Now they are mailing on my other email id and harassing me. Please help! Was this information helpful? |
