[Resolved]  Mts — Cheating customer - MTS data card terminate - Still they are charging me.

MDN [protected] I have requested disconnection/termination of MTS data card before Aug 14, However they closed the ticket. When I call them to find out the status of the ticket, I got to know that the ticket is closed as they could not able to reach me. If they feel I should be available 24x7 for their call then not possible. They should text me or email me. Finding no other way I raised one more request for termination and asked for final bill. No one send me a bill, finally I got a mail from one of Advocate on their behalf to pay the amount. During the time of termination request I was supposed to pay around Rs 800/- however according to the mail of Advocate I paid around Rs 1200/. Now after couple months, I am surprising seeing they are started sending me bill of that card which was terminated. I have escalated the matter to MTS APPELLATE TAMIL NADU, however their is no use of it. I told all these stories to the lady who called me to understand the case.But still they are saying it is been deactivated on my request. That mean it will get reactivate in future without my knowledge and they will start charging me the same way they are doing now. Their mail is still stating that they have deactivated my account on my request, however I have been continuously telling them to terminate the account. Now I do not know which language I should be able to convey this message. So beware when you are terminating your MTS card, make sure they terminate it. Otherwise you will be paying like me for the service which you never used. I am waiting for final solution on this from MTS. This is enough now. After escalation they finally permanently disconnected the service and asked me not to pay any amount. Call center support needs to be improve. Calls takes too much time to land.
