[Resolved] Mts — Complaint against the billing method | |||
Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I “ Madan Mohan Jindal” was using MTS dongle in DehraDun. My bill plan was of Rs444/month and my credit limit was Rs:1350. In this bill plan i use to get 3gb data. While I was buying this connection I was informed by their sales person that I will be getting the confirmation call from the company weather I want to use more than my bill plan or not. When my 3Gb data was used i didnt got any call or msg that my limt is over and neither the connection was disconnected, I came to know about this when I received the bill. The day I received my bill that very day my connection got disconnected and the bill I received was of Rs:1989 and after some days I received one more bill of Rs: 1066.75. 1st bill was for 1 month and the other was of just 10days. I just wanted to complain that how can my bill amount exceed the credit limit and without getting information how will i come to know whether my data got exceeded or not. I went to there nodal office but the head and the second head officer was not there in the office and when i asked the other people working there, then they said that they are not coming to the office from past 4-5 days. So i gave the written application in the office regarding my complaint but still i didnt got any solution moreover i came to know that they will be sending me a court notice for not paying the bill, But how can i pay the bill without my complaint getting resolved. I would be highly obliged if you look at my problem and give me some solution to it asap.
