[Resolved]  Mts — complaint for data card number [protected]

This is in regard to the payment reminder you have sent me for the MTS data card number [protected] I have taken the connection in september 14, from the date of payment of first deposit of 1000/- there have been many false promises, below are the list of complaints i have with your horrible service: 1.the day of payment made of 1000/- the executive has informed that my service will be activated i n two days, which is activated after 9 days of payment. inspite of repeated calls the sales executive didnt pick my call, you people dont have courtesy to even inform the customer, forget about courtesy he didnot pcik my call i must have called more 28 times, mind you i have detailed call list on my mobile which I am going to furnish whereever requried in this case, 2. Immdiately post activation I was on roaming to andhra, during my travel i have enquired in customer care whether i will be charged in roaming for data usage they have informed me that the plan i am in is free of cost for data usage, i was charged .40 per mb and i got a huge bill of 2000+ which i have cleared for the only reason that I have used the srevice, 3. After reaching back bangalore not a single day i could even connect to internet, I have called customer care number and given complaints, my complaint numbers are Nov 4596 which is closed from your end saying spoke to customer problem resolved. I waited for another two days called up customer care again they said someone from network has come and visited my place- No one has visited my place and they have closed complaint saying problem resolved. If you are guys are happy closing your own cases saying network problem resolved, what type of resolution is this 4. I have raised another complaint vide number Nov 6814, saying i am unable to connect to internet they registered complaint and closed it again saying issue resolved and your customer care executive has admitted that there is weak coverage in our residential area and when I have asked for solution he informed me that there is no resolution. from the date of my complaint registration till date not for a minute it is connected to internet which you can check from your records and now you send me a notice to clear the outstanding, without my issue resolution I will not pay the amount.
