Mts — Connection No. (internet ) 1446028

Dear Customer Care, Ref: Connection No. 1446028 I have been post- paid custmer of MTS internet connection for the last 8 months. Yesterday in evening I made request for the speed booster and paid Rs 125/- for this purpose.( vide Ref No. 1446028) The executive attending my call assured me that the speed booster will be activated in 30 minutes or maximum it will take 90 minutes time. Although official time for speed boosting is 16 working hours but normally it takes not more than 90 minutes time. All through the night I kept on waiting for the speed booster to be activated on my connection. But still, it has not been done. It is a very serious matter as I use this connection for my profession. Due to urgency of my work, I have made extra payment for immediate boosting of my net connection. The billing period of my connection ends on 31st March. So after that automatic boosting will be done. Please look into the matter and order for the immediate speed boosting.
