[Resolved] Mts — Customer harassment | |||
Hi, My self Ashok, i applied for MTS broadband connection in May(Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur).Their executive installed land line device on 31-May-2014.But they did not setup modem and Internet connection till 13-May. I informed customer care on this and told them that my device was setup on 13 so I will pay charges post this date (Will not pay for the period 01-May till 12-May).They said please request for waiver after the bill generation. Now i have dropped them mail, calling on customer service...but they are doing the needful. Saying waiver is not possible ...I asked them to cancel this connection but they are not listening. Customer care guy gave me no of Mr Nitin, ([protected]) he is not picking the phone. This is totally harassment of a customer. I want MTS to take some action on this, they should waiver the charges for 01-May-2014 till 12-May-2014 and also provide justification for this Harassment.
