Mts Customer Service India — MTS - disconnection of postpaid service

There is one bill of Rs. 634 has been generated even if service is temporary discontinued and no data has been used Please suggest whether the disconnection process can be completed in online or not ? I want to disconnect the service. I already contacted to the customer care No. [protected] Request No. 1716113, generated and told me that we contact to you within 30 hours but any no one has contacted me from MTS regarding my request.
