Mts — Data card issue | |||
I have bought the MTS for my Father in law house on 19.11.2013.The MTS DATA Card no is [protected]. From the day one i couldn;t able to use the Datacard since there was no proper signal. I kept complaining to the concerned people but there was no response. Finally i gone to the MTS and blasted them and finally them came and checked the issues. Concluded Data Card issue by Technical Team. Now again from service team describing it is technical issue not device problem. By this almost 2nd month is getting completed. Now asking me to recharge so that they will come and solve it. By paying 1500 initial they have given me 10GB + 5GB free browsing. I hardly used since of the network issue.
