[Resolved] Mts — Data card not working & provided | |||
My MTS data card was broken & in Indira nagar service center, I paid the amount of 700rs as a fee for getting new data card & restart my internet services. They told me to come back after 7 days. I went to center & they gave me a data card which was old not new. I told them that I paid you for new data card then why I should accept this old. They said we can't do anything you will have to accept this only. I asked them whether it is working fine they said yes it is tested & working fine. I asked them to check it, they said that we have requested to initiate your services on this data card & in next 3-4 hours it will get started so right now we will not be able to check it. I came back & checked it but it did not any time (even after 2 days). Every time it was showing error. I reported this issue to customer care & wrote them too. MTS customer care person approached & said that they will send a executive to resolve the issue. Their executive visited & checked it and said that he can't resolve this issue you will have to get back to comapny through same service center. That weekend I traveled back to same service center & showed the problem & told them to issue me a new data card. They said that this time they will issue me a new data card in working condition & asked me to come back after one week. Next week when I approached them they gave me the same data card (old one) & said that it is working fine now we did not need to change it. I asked again to check it they said that it is working fine & no issue will come this time. I checked it at home but It was not working properly it was working sometime by holding it with one hand & later after few hours It stopped completely. I reported back to same service center & traveled again to hand over this data card. They said that this time their another person will handle it & guaranteed it will work. This same thing is happening every time & still that data card is not working. I have traveled 3 more time after that last incident but no solution. It takes me 1-1.5 hours (15kms one side) to reach that place. I have spent more than thousand rupees in fuel even. Before the breaking of data card, I had done a recharge of 1999/- for 3 month validity. Which I am not able to use & losing my money in expiration of the validity period I have attached a few job sheets for your reference. Request you to please get me my money back for the repair amount, my recharge amount & my fuel amount which I lost in contacting them. Was this information helpful? | |||
