Mts — data card speed and given complaint after not solving

hello sir am using mts data card. last 5 month my data card very slow. am 3 times contact customer care given complaint. but not solving, before am contact customer care normally working. after i given the complaint not working. today after 12 pm not connect. my mts dongle number is [protected]. please solve my problem.
